How much is shipping?

FREE SHIPPING!!! Contact me to arrange shipping.

Now offering free standard shipping within the contiguous US. 
Standard shipping is FREE to the first floor front porch or garage. You are responsible for moving your new vintage piece beyond that. I will need your phone number to arrange delivery. You will need to be home and be available to help unload. I can arrange for “White Glove” delivery for an additional cost. Stairs, elevators, no help unloading, etc… quantifies “white glove”. We ship using third party independent freight shippers who typically work alone. Expect to help unload. 

When will I get my new vintage piece?

Depends... Ready to ship items can be delivered anywhere from less than a week to 6 weeks.

Customizable pieces will have a 4-8 week lead time while being refinished and then will typically have a 2-4 week shipping time added on. So expect at least 5 weeks for custom pieces.

Contact us to arrange local pick up at our shop in Aubrey TX. Local pick up and delivery items will need to be picked up/delivered within a week of being ready or additional charges will be incurred for storage. Talk to us! We are reasonable people and can work with you.

We are humans and a small group of humans at that. Extremely rarely things happen that are out of our control that can extend the delivery time; weather, natural disasters, sickness, etc... But we do everything within our power to get your pieces to you ASAP. We are as excited as you are about your purchase.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

As I stated above, we are a small business, not a major retailer. We pay attention to detail and try our damnedest to please our customers. We cannot afford to accept returns, issue refunds or exchange items. All sales are final! That being said, please make sure you have all the information you need before clicking buy. Please ask for more details, info and pictures. We're here to help you feel happy and confident shopping with us. We are dealing with vintage used furniture. It is going to have signs of use. Most of it is older than we are, therefore will not be "perfect, cookie-cutter, completely unblemished." Like a fine wine she has gotten better with age. All vintage furniture will have character. Which is why we love it! Please consider this. Do not expect brand new. 

How do I get estimates on lacquering my pieces?

Contact us! We love helping you update and revamp your pieces. We need pictures, measurements and a general idea of what you're wanting done. A fresh coat of lacquer on one piece in your space can change the entire feel of the room. We, personally pick up and deliver to the DFW area and are happy to help arrange shipping to us and back if you're further out.
